Greetings Friends of Oury Clark,
Spring has sprung, summer is (occasionally) in the air and May Day is nearly here. But, there’s always a but isn’t there? Before you can head down to the May Day fair, hop on the waltzers and try to win a huge teddy bear it’s a new financial year and there are all of those annoying business chores to be done.
Fear not though, our intrepid duo Oury and Clark have got you covered from Payroll to Credit Control. If you need your Bookkeeping bashed, your Management Accounts whalloped or your cashflow modelled into the middle of next week year, we have the team who can smash those chores down, stepping in wherever you need support.
Our flexible Outsourced Back Office Support services can free you up to focus on what’s really important. Eating your own bodyweight in candyfloss. Growing your business.
Co-opt our Company Secretarial services
Alongside a great bookkeeper the lynchpin of any well run business is its company secretary(CoSec). Many small and medium sized businesses can’t carry a full time CoSec so rotate duties around the management team.
If that’s a chore you can do without, we have an experienced team to provide CoSec resources to your business. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and make the hunt for the Company Meeting minutes less of a rollercoaster every month.
Find out more about why good CoSec practice is essential and how we can help here, drop us an email or get in touch with your usual contact.
Doing Business With The French, what they don’t teach you in school.
This month we tried a cultural experiment – we kicked off an occasional series called Business Without Baggage that helps people understand the nuances of doing business across different cultures.
To get us rolling off we invited accomplished French corporate Lawyer and expert on cultural intelligence Olivier Lopez onto the show. We asked him to explain the nuances of doing business with the French and also got some expert hints about how different cultures operate around the world.
If you don’t know your saucisson from your salade mixte, or even if you connaisez vos oignons français, it’s well worth une écoute.
