Biography

Isabella is an Associate Solicitor at Oury Clark, her primary focus is employment law.

She has a wide range of experience assisting businesses based in the UK and overseas with both contentious and non-contentious UK employment law matters. In particular, drafting and advising on contracts and service agreements, advising businesses on management of their UK workforce including performance management and misconduct issues, redundancies, handling flexible working requests and employment related data protection compliance.

Isabella also provides support for clients involved in Employment Tribunal claims across a range of issues, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, and breach of contract.
